This warranty covers asphalt driveway paving services provided by GC Asphalt Services for a period of two years from the date of completion. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials used in the installation of your asphalt driveway. Below is a list of what is covered under our asphalt paving driveways warranty:

1. Cracking: We guarantee against significant cracking in the asphalt surface for a period of two years. This includes cracks wider than 1 inch, excluding those caused by extreme external forces such as earthquakes or other acts of nature.
2. Potholes: We warranty against the formation of potholes in the paved surface for a period of two years, provided they are not the result of improper usage or damage from heavy equipment or vehicles exceeding recommended weight limits.
3. Drainage Issues: We ensure proper water drainage from the driveway surface. If there are any issues related to poor drainage, we will rectify them within the warranty period.
4. Workmanship: We guarantee the quality of our workmanship during the installation process. Any defects resulting from poor workmanship, such as uneven surfaces or improper compaction, will be addressed promptly.
5. Material Defects: We stand behind the quality of the materials used in the paving process. If there are any defects in the materials supplied by us, we will replace them at no additional cost.
6. Color Fading: We warranty against significant color fading of the asphalt surface for a period of two years. Normal wear and tear, as well as discoloration due to environmental factors, are not covered under this warranty.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from neglect, misuse, acts of nature, or alterations made to the paved surface after installation without prior approval from GC Asphalt Services.
